GENERAL INFORMATION 1. Lot Rental is $207.00 per month which includes the City School Tax and is due on the 1st of each month. There is a $5.00 per day late fee if the rent is not paid by the 10th of each month. 2. A Security Deposit of $310.00 will be required for the full and faithful performance by the Lessee of the regulations that will be detailed in a complete Lease Agreement to be signed by both parties before the site is occupied. 3. Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed with a $50.00 Security Deposit per pet. Pets are not allowed to run free and must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. Outdoor kennels and/or dog houses are not allowed. 4. Only homes manufactured after 1980 and in good condition will be allowed in the subdivision. Only exception is to have home prequalified by owner/manager. 5. A complete lease agreement is available for review and must be signed by all parties before a home is moved on the lot.
